Success University, The People’s Network and ILG

Hello friends, I came across this comparison recently between Success University, The People’s Network and ILG, and felt that it may be useful information for anyone who is considering one of these three companies. As many of you know, The People’s Network is now defunct but people are still asking what the differences are between the three.

The People’s Network

• Was a tremendous success
• 76,000 people in 14 months
• Filled a Texas arena with 10,000 people at their first convention
• Were too early in, and had to have satellite dishes and tweak the dishes
• $700 up front system including dish outside your house which sometimes stopped working and you had to go out in the rain or cold and fix it
• Had to be at your home at a certain time to hear the program; didn’t record it
• The People’s Network sold their downline organization to pre-paid legal, a very tough network marketing company. Today 80% of the people still in pre-paid legal came from The People’s Network – probably because they learned so well from The People’s Network program how to succeed both personally and in business

What would TPN be today if had no upfront fee, no dish, full screen high definition, 24/7 access, and all programs could be paused, rewound, forwarded, and were recorded for re-viewing any time any where in the world. That is what iLearningGlobal is today

• Self-financed by one individual, Matt Morris, President and CEO, who tried to finance it with the income from the growth of the company
• The quality of the video player is a HUGE difference and is immediately evident! The buffering of the outdated video technology on the Success University site is extremely irritating and distracting to the message being conveyed, and it can cause the video to take about 20% longer to play than if it didn’t have buffering. The picture is just not even close to iLearningGlobal’s, please go watch the two and compare!!! They do not have iLearningGlobal’s state-of-the-art, full-screen, high-definition, no-buffering video player that brings the speaker to LIFE on your computer, and drives their life-changing message home.
• Success University does not create its own original content; their messages are static, outdated, and not condensed for the time-intensive fast-paced lifestyle of today. iLearningGlobal creates its own proprietary content in our 3 studios in Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City. Our speakers love taking their hour long talk full of filler, and crunching down their core message into a short impactful video (average length of our videos is 8 minutes). iLearningGlobal’s content is fresh, concise, current, relevant, and completely re-worked for the way we live our lives TODAY, and the world we live in TODAY, right NOW!
• The Success University faculty is limited. iLearningGlobal’s faculty is already more robust, and we have just begun,  we only started pre-launch August 5, 2008! We have many more speakers requesting faculty status with us daily than we can accept.
• Over 70% of the membership of Success University is from outside the United States
• Binary compensation plan that is somewhat difficult to understand
• Front load package which makes some sizzle, but is an up front fee that is 5 times that of iLearningGlobal
• In Success University’s 3  ½ to 4 years of existence (apparently on their web site) only ONE person has reached the top level of their compensation plan, and only FOUR people have reached the second-to-top level of their compensation plan. So their compensation plan is flawed and their marketers aren’t making much money.
